About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at TK Elevator UK Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment processes and delivering an exceptional experience to our candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top talent.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job boards and platforms.
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including databases and social media.
  • Screen candidates and resumes, and conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and methods.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Monitor and apply HR best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relations.

About You

  • You will have proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or in a staffing agency.
  • You will have hands-on experience with various selection processes, including video interviewing and reference checks.
  • You will be familiar with HR databases and Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will have strong decision-making skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  • You will have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
