As an Interim Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the CCE's future.

Job Description
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and guidance to the CCE team. They will work closely with international stakeholders, strengthen the Centre's position within the University of Cambridge climate ecosystem, and contribute to the development of actionable advice and insights on climate action. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the CCE team and providing strategic direction.
  • Collaborating with international stakeholders and the Advisory Group.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to accelerate climate action.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in senior leadership or academia.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £68,863 - £79,800 per annum. Additional benefits include free lunch, contributory pension, medicash health plan, enhanced holiday, flexible working, employee recognition scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and free parking.
