About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Conference Coordinator to join our team at Delta by Marriott Nottingham Belfry. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our conference and events facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, and conference and events areas.
  • Lead by example, ensuring brand standards are maintained and guest experiences are consistently high.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a hospitality environment, preferably in a conference and events role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
