Assistant Conference Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Conference Coordinator. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our conference and events facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, and conference and events areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience is of the highest standard.
- Work closely with the events team to coordinate and deliver successful events and conferences.
- Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience working in a hospitality environment, preferably in a conference and events role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of wines and spirits.
