About the Role

This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues, and contributing to the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to service users in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence and well-being
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users and their families
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

You'll need:

  • Experience working in healthcare or social care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in health and social care (or willing to work towards)
