Support Worker for Vulnerable Children

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to vulnerable children. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities- Promote the welfare and well-being of our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children in our care, fostering a sense of trust and respect.
- Encourage and support the individual interests and aspirations of our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.
This role requires flexibility, including some weekend and bank holiday working, as well as undertaking sleep-in duties as part of a rotating shift pattern.
