Pertemps Plymouth Commercial: Sales & Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Plymouth Commercial. As a key member of our Head Office team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data collection and entry across the department
  • Operational support for stores and head office departments
  • Providing first-line support for store retail queries
  • Assisting with employee travel requirements
  • Creating and administering users on in-house systems
  • Creation and administration of staff discount cards
  • Creation and administration of training documents
  • Recording Health & Safety reports
  • Creating and communicating various reports
  • Assisting with HR inquiries from Head Office and store staff
  • Assisting with recruitment for new store openings
Requirements:
  • A background and/or detailed understanding of retail administration is advantageous
  • If you have an understanding/interest in Recruitment/HR, this would be advantageous
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing demands from various stakeholders
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in relation to the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
