As a key member of the Head Office department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various teams and stores. Your duties will include data collection and entry, operational support, and providing first-line assistance to store retail queries. You will also be responsible for creating and administering users on in-house systems, staff discount cards, and training documents. Additionally, you will assist with employee travel requirements, health and safety reports, and various reports. If you have a background in retail administration and excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, this could be the ideal role for you. The position is a temporary to permanent opportunity, and you will have the chance to work with a successful and dynamic team.
