About the Role

The Sureserve Group, a leading provider of compliance and energy services, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across multiple contracts and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service and support.
  • Schedule jobs with customers across multiple contracts, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Take ownership of contract administration, working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Answer inbound customer calls, responding to queries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Log information accurately and concisely, using the main customer database to raise jobs and make appointments.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a social housing or construction background.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude with strong organizational skills.
