Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Consultant to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions: Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce tools, ensuring seamless integration with client goals.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our digital marketing experts to align marketing strategies with client objectives.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Deliver actionable insights and campaign improvements by analyzing and interpreting data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer training and support to clients and team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong Understanding: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
