We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our esteemed client. As a key member of the team, you will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud's capabilities to create impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, guiding and advising on best practices for implementing, configuring, and customizing Marketing Cloud to meet business goals.
- Work closely with marketing teams and other stakeholders to understand their marketing objectives and challenges, translating these needs into functional and practical Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Configure and customize Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Social Studio, and other components, to align with marketing strategies and campaign requirements.
- Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing customer data within Marketing Cloud to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for Marketing Cloud users, designing solutions that utilize Marketing Cloud functionality to improve marketing operations and customer engagement.
- Conduct thorough testing of Marketing Cloud configurations and campaign setups to ensure they meet business objectives and are free from defects.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and marketing stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Document all configurations, customizations, and campaign processes, staying updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities, and recommending improvements as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including configuration and campaign management.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and CRM practices.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred.
