About the Role:

As a member of the Digital Sales team at The Access Group, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a portfolio of products to sell. Your primary responsibility will be to find upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop your own demonstration skills and know when to call for assistance
  • Build a multi-level relationship with customers and nurture every opportunity
  • Understand the business plans and expectations of your customers
  • Host meetings at all levels with customers
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the projects team once a sale is made
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers
  • You may be required to attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas, or attend meetings in support of other salespeople

Requirements:
  • Experience selling learning software digitally is desirable
  • Solid experience building relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to constant growth
  • Strong understanding of business processes and practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
  • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts
