Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

At Verto People, we're seeking a skilled Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Loughborough. As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and administering contracts, projects, and orders throughout all stages of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations, providing timely follow-ups and investigating reasons for lost sales opportunities.
  • Administer and deliver contracts, projects, and orders through all stages of contract delivery, including site installation and commissioning.
  • Review technical and commercial orders to deliver the contract, project, or order effectively.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements:
  • Experience as an Administrator, Internal Sales Support, Contracts Engineer, Proposal Engineer, Documentation Engineer, Technical Advisor, or Customer Service Advisor within the engineering industry.
  • Administration/customer experience within an engineering environment or experience with compressed air or similar mechanical engineering products/services.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Commutable to our office in Loughborough.
