About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Adnams Plc. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front of House team to maintain a high level of service quality and consistency.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as handling guest requests, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Be a team player, willing to adapt to changing situations and priorities, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management systems and software.
