We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Workers in the UK.
Job Overview:As a Care Worker, you will play an essential role in providing person-centered care to our clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their day-to-day lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality personal care and assistance to clients in their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
- Administer medication and monitor client health, ensuring any changes are promptly reported.
- Assist clients with household tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of client care, activities, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Prior experience in caregiving, nursing, or healthcare support is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- A genuine desire to help and improve the lives of others.
- Physical ability to handle various care tasks, including lifting or supporting clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship to work in the UK.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000-£35,000, depending on experience.
