Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Nexus Care Services. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of elderly and vulnerable individuals.
The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of up to £25.50 per hour, with premium pay rates for weekend work and double-up/complex calls. Additionally, they will receive weekly pay, DOUBLE PAY on bank holidays, paid travel time/fuel contribution, and access to a company pension scheme.
The job involves providing person-centred care to clients following structured care plans, in line with CQC regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a driving licence, have access to their own car, and preferably have previous experience within the care industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality care to clients in their homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
- Following structured care plans and reporting any changes or concerns to management
- Premium pay rates: £12.00-£25.50ph, £12.50ph for weekend work, and £12.75ph for double-up/complex calls
- Weekly pay
