Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple healthcare accounts, working closely with our integrated digital team to execute campaigns and deliver results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare and technology, using this knowledge to inform our strategic and creative vision.
  • Exercise caution and critical thinking when evaluating client requests, ensuring we deliver high-quality work that meets their needs and expectations.
  • Manage client expectations, providing clear guidance on what's possible, by when, and at what cost.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to develop and implement timelines, prepare project scopes, and conduct financial reporting.
  • Take ownership of project trafficking, ensuring resources are booked and briefed in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare for and contribute to internal and client status meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and ready for discussion.
Qualifications
  • Passion for healthcare, emerging technology, and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, assimilating complex information quickly and making informed decisions.
  • Experience in co-leading project teams to plan and deliver digital campaigns, supporting the development of multi-channel, multi-faceted, multi-market strategies.
  • Understanding of the importance of data and insights, with the ability to work with our digital strategists to provide competitive insights and drive results.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories and pull together contributions from various stakeholders into a cohesive narrative.
  • Self-starter with the ability to show initiative, prioritize tasks, and know when to ask for help.
