About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Digitas Health. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple healthcare clients, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic and creative vision and contributing to discussions to ensure alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients to drive business growth.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring timely delivery of projects and providing clear communication on scope, timelines, and costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, creative, and digital strategy, to deliver high-quality work and meet client needs.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow client relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments.
