Job Description

As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, working closely with clients to develop and execute digital campaigns that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple healthcare accounts, leading the execution of integrated digital campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand strategic and creative visions, and contribute to discussions to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including brand and technology updates, to provide informed insights and recommendations.
  • Exercise caution and critical thinking when evaluating client requests, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives and are feasible within scope.
  • Manage client expectations, educate them on agency processes, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Uphold meticulous attention to detail across all projects, ensuring high-quality output and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Senior CS leads to identify and capitalize on opportunities within accounts.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to develop and implement project timelines, scopes, and financial reporting.
  • Take ownership of project trafficking, ensuring resources are booked and briefed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare for and contribute to internal and client status meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and ready.
  • Demonstrate a calm and composed demeanor, avoiding crises and maintaining a positive team spirit.
  • Drive results, motivate the team, and foster a collaborative and energetic environment within accounts.
  • Write compelling briefs and provide supporting materials for UX and Creative departments, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to deliver high-quality work.
  • Assess creative work against briefs, providing rational and objective feedback.
  • Ensure all client queries are responded to promptly, allocating responsibility to other team members as needed.
Qualifications
  • Possess a genuine passion for healthcare, emerging technology, and innovation.
  • Thrives in an environment requiring constant learning, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and draw informed conclusions.
  • Experience in co-leading project teams to plan and deliver digital campaigns, supporting the development of multi-channel, multi-faceted, and multi-market strategies.
  • Understands the importance of delivery within digital projects and can manage and run projects within scope.
  • Comfortable working with data and insights, collaborating with digital strategists to provide competitive insights, drive results, and inform future strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories in PowerPoint and pull together contributions from various stakeholders into a cohesive narrative.
  • Supports workshops and brainstorms with preparation, participation, and follow-up.
  • A self-starter, not afraid to show initiative, capable of organizing time to achieve deadlines, prioritizing tasks within given time frames, and knowing when to ask for help.
