* Work unsupervised to produce high-quality meals, meeting nutritional and presentation standards
* Use general catering equipment safely and correctly

Requirements:

* City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or NVQ catering equivalent (Level 1 and 2)
* Experience in preparing, cooking, and serving food for large numbers
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
