Facilities Management Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building and Facilities Manager to join our team at Coyle Personnel. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall work environment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address facilities-related issues and concerns.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to facilities management.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce the company's environmental impact.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex facilities-related issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable Qualifications:
- IWFM certification.
- Fire Warden qualification.
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience in emergency coordination.
- Manual Handling Training.
