We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Swindon. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals to support the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging or scientific sales.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary and Benefits:

£38,000-£50,000 per annum plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
