Recruitment Specialist

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, recruiting roles from entry to senior level, and working closely with the Senior Recruitment Manager to support the strategic recruitment needs of the business.
The key duties will include:
- Managing the recruitment process for specific support departments
- Driving candidate attraction and building talent pools and pipelines using sourcing methods
- Working closely with the Recruitment Manager to develop and deliver a resourcing strategy for support recruitment
- Managing agency relationships and performance review process
- Providing recruitment advice and guidance to Line Managers and HR Business teams
- Managing recruitment agency performance review process and salary survey review
- Advising and updating Line Managers and HR Business teams on recruitment and market intelligence
- Producing resourcing MI and other reports on a regular basis
- Working closely with the recruitment administration team
- Supporting on strategic recruitment initiatives including development of employer brand
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading and managing recruitment campaigns, ideally in legal or professional services. You will be able to demonstrate success in implementing sourcing methods and development of talent pipelines, resulting in a decrease of recruitment costs. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong judgement to be able to effectively influence senior members.
