Recruitment Manager

As a Recruitment Manager at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the hiring process and designing effective recruitment procedures to attract and hire top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient recruiting procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Design and implement a new onboarding program, streamlining the process for new hires.
- Develop and track recruiting metrics, including time to hire, cost per hire, and diversity monitoring.
- Identify and implement effective sourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, to attract top candidates.
- Review and recommend recruitment software, ensuring seamless integration with HRIS.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Recommend strategies to enhance our employer brand in recruitment.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Develop an annual program for supporting job fairs and career events with local education settings and local authority groups.
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in an in-house recruitment role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
