Partners Secretary

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our M&A team as a Partners Secretary in our London Forensics department. As a Partners Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our Partners and Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Partners and Directors, including diary management, meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and email monitoring.
- Manage confidential matters, such as appraisals and management meetings, on behalf of the Partners.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Perform ad hoc secretarial and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Experience of working at a senior level.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, pressurized environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
