We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Partners Secretary to join our M&A team in London. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Partners and Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our Partners and Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and report preparation.
  • Manage confidential matters, such as appraisals and management meetings, with discretion and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing a polite, friendly, and professional service.
  • Perform ad hoc secretarial and administrative duties as required.
  • Arrange client and internal meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
Requirements
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Experience of working at a senior level, preferably in a similar role.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, pressurized environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to solving problems efficiently, with excellent communication skills.
