Account Manager - Endoscopy - South East

Purpose Statement

The role of the Account Manager (AM) is to manage the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities in the region, managing account planning across the customer base, and driving the execution of regional and local sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the development of annual strategic plans by providing business intelligence for accounts in scope.
  • Understands account needs and expectations and develops detailed account plans to support sales strategies.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOLs, and promotes Health Economics arguments to engage decision-makers.
  • Supports clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities and performs clinical selling based on clinical support information.
  • Plans and prepares tenders and proposals based on account situations and understanding.
  • Develops deal models and creates IPAT to support sales efforts.
  • Timely reaches out to customers regarding new agreements and identifies new sales opportunities to drive future business growth.
  • Records customer information and activities in the company's CRM system.
