As an Advanced Social Work Practitioner - Family Safeguarding, you will collaborate with police officers, nurses, and youth workers to deliver an integrated multi-disciplinary service for children aged 13-17.

Key aspects of this role include working co-located with other professionals, such as police officers, nurses, and youth workers, to support children who go missing from home. Additionally, you will work closely with external and integral partners, like the Youth Justice Service and Housing.

To succeed in this position, you must possess knowledge of extra-familial harm and demonstrate a high level of determination to ensure young people can remain living within their family networks.

This role requires a Restorative approach to practice, where you will work with children and their families to co-produce care plans that meet their specific needs.
