We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Work Team Manager to lead our Children's Fostering Team in Dudley. As a Social Work Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of services to children and families.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Qualified Social Worker in a Children's Social Work team, with a strong understanding of care management and social work practices, as well as leadership and management skills.

The role will involve leading a team of Social Workers, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality services to children and families.
