Social Work Professional

Entrust Social Care Ltd is looking for an experienced Social Work Professional to join our team in Dudley.
The role involves working with individuals who require support to achieve optimal independence, developing relationships, and being valued members of their community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing needs and creating support plans to promote independence
- Demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and critical thinking in supporting people to achieve positive outcomes
- Managing high-risk cases, prioritizing tasks, and organizing work activities
- Leading investigations into adult abuse, implementing safeguarding procedures, and developing strategies
- Chairing and facilitating planning and review meetings as required
- Contributing to budget management and using various methods to communicate effectively
Qualified candidates should hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £25 and a range of benefits, including a Kindle Fire and free online training.
