Sales Manager for Construction Products

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team at CV-Library, responsible for selling construction products into construction contractors.

As a Sales Manager, you will be working closely with our internal sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.

With a strong track record of selling construction products, you will be based in the field, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Worcester.

Your primary focus will be on selling our full range of solutions to principle contractors, specialist installers, subcontractors, façade & roofing specialists across the Midlands & North of England, with occasional trips into London.

You will be working at a senior level, selling to Construction Directors, Senior Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Installation Managers, Procurement Managers, Estimators & Technical Managers.

Solutions will be sold on a project-by-project basis, with order values ranging from £5k to £500k.

We are looking for a consultative sales professional with a proven track record of selling construction products into construction contractors.

The successful candidate will benefit from a basic salary between £55k-£65k (dependent on experience), 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, contributory pension, and a company car or car allowance.

There will also be an annual company bonus based on company performance.
