We are seeking a dedicated English language educator to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As an ESOL Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome language barriers and achieve their academic goals.

Job Summary:

Teach English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) to students in the Cheshire West area. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs and abilities. Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Cultivate a supportive learning environment that fosters student confidence and motivation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver effective ESOL lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and develop strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in ESOL instruction and incorporate new techniques into your teaching approach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience teaching ESOL to students of varying ages and skill levels.
  • Proven track record of success in improving student language proficiency and academic performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
Salary Information:

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
