Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
  2. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and make informed decisions to improve teaching and learning.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, motivation, and achievement.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and methodologies in language instruction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Hold a recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or Bachelor of Education.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in English language instruction, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking.
  3. Show a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with curriculum changes and assessment methods.
  4. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

Salary: £42,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience). This position comes with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
