We are seeking a dedicated and passionate History Teacher to join our team at a Good Ofsted school based near Cheshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching History at KS3 and KS4, and will be part of a highly successful and well-resourced department.
About the SchoolOur school is an over-subscribed institution with excellent behaviour and able students. We have state-of-the-art facilities and excellent transport links, making us easily accessible by public transport. Our school has a long-standing history of academic excellence and fantastic behaviour, and we are proud of our Good Ofsted report.
Key Responsibilities- Teach History at KS3 and KS4
- Contribute to the development of the History department
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of the school
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
- Legal ability to work within the UK
- Experience of teaching History at KS3 and KS4
