Job SummaryThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic administrative position within a reputable healthcare organization. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our managers, handling files, answering phones, and engaging with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and handle queries efficiently
- Manage files and maintain accurate records
- Support senior staff members with various tasks and projects
- Meet and greet visitors, prospective clients, and their families
- Develop strong relationships with residents and their loved ones
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent time management skills
- Good computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Confident telephone manner and effective communication skills
- A genuine interest in providing person-centered care and support
- Competitive rate of pay (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum)
