The successful candidate will have prior experience delivering geospatial projects such as GIS or IMINT, and experience with the ESRI platform would be beneficial. They will also possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Ensure the team follows Agile principles and mentor/coach the team on Agile methodologies where appropriate.
  • Track project progress and manage risks and issues.
