Job Title: Finance Systems Analyst

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

About the Role

Essential Employment seeks a highly skilled Finance Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to analyze and improve financial systems, ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities
  1. System Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Change Implementation: Implement changes to the system, supporting testing and approval processes to ensure successful transition.
  3. Budget Forecasting: Identify and propose reports for accurate spend forecasting and budget monitoring.
  4. Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the Business and Digital Services Team to assess and address training needs.
  5. Risk Management: Escalate issues promptly through relevant call logging systems.
  6. System Compliance: Ensure proposed changes do not compromise finance imports/exports to other systems.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and Programme Management, providing regular updates.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in financial systems analysis and improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
