About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering training events and courses efficiently.
  • Liaising with clients to confirm details of in-house training sessions.
  • Coordinating with trainers to ensure they have necessary documentation and venue (or virtual platform) details.
  • Troubleshooting issues with virtual platforms when necessary.
