As a Youth Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Peer Mentors, coordinating training programs, and ensuring our services have a positive impact on our beneficiaries.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor Support: Offer administrative and operational assistance to our Mentor team, addressing queries and fostering effective communication.
  • Training & Development: Collaborate in designing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions to enhance the skills of our Youth Services team.

  • A dedicated individual passionate about youth empowerment
