Job Overview

The Global Training Coordinator role at Yangguofu is a critical position that involves organizing and implementing training programs for franchisees and store operators. This individual will be responsible for providing on-site support for new store openings, ensuring successful launches that meet company standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in current training programs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives into overall business operations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in training program development and implementation, preferably in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including franchisees, store operators, and corporate team members.
  • Familiarity with company workflows and operational processes, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.


Compensation Package
Yangguofu offers an attractive compensation package for this role, which includes a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
