Account Enablement Specialist

Amazon is seeking an experienced Account Partner to join our team. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for building and executing enablement plans for our Tech community in EMEA. This role will involve working closely with sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a high-growth, technology company and contribute to the development of our sales enablement function. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing enablement plans to support sales teams in EMEA
- Working closely with sales teams to understand their needs and develop tailored enablement solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective readiness and high productivity enablement solutions
- Gathering skills and competencies requirements from local sales teams and combining with enablement expertise to design and execute enablement plans and programs
