Job Title: Account Partner

Amazon is seeking an experienced Account Partner to join our EMEA Worldwide Field Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing enablement plans for our Tech community in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enablement strategies to enhance the skills and competencies of our Sales Associates, Customer Success Managers, and managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective readiness and high productivity enablement solutions.
  • Gather skills and competencies requirements from local teams and combine with enablement expertise to design and execute enablement plans and programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
  • Enablement experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
