We are seeking an Oviva Program Manager to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position that requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the delivery of our healthcare programs.

Oviva's goal is to provide affordable and accessible app-based healthcare programs to tackle diet-related health conditions. We operate within the healthcare systems to give people access to medical care they need.

The Role:

  • You will play a key role in the coordination and delivery of our healthcare programs.
  • You will collaborate with Patient Services Managers on project work, ensuring seamless program implementation.
  • You will maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating program activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the Patient Services Team.
  • Assisting with data entry and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in program coordination or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
