About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic team at Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering sales inquiries, surveyor queries, and booking appointments.
  • Act as an intermediary between management and sales, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Produce quotations, follow up with clients, and log job work.
  • Stay in regular contact with surveyors to provide support and update their dashboards.
  • Manage purchase orders, emails, and other administrative tasks.
  • Cover colleagues' workload when they are absent.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in sales administration or a related field (desired).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
