Job Opportunity:
Turner & Townsend Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to join our busy and expanding Northwest based Infrastructure team. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for managing high value and complex projects, developing our talented teams, and engaging in our local markets. You will also improve Performance and Reporting processes to create efficiency and increase benefits to our clients. Additionally, you will lead the growth of the Performance and Reporting team in relation to business generation, resource planning, and business strategy/opportunities.

About the Role:
This role is predominantly based in the North with some national travel required. You will work closely with our talented teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' expectations. You will also contribute to the growth of our Performance and Reporting team by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing commissions in a client-facing role
• Developing high-performance teams for the delivery of Performance & Reporting
• Integrating technology as part of the Performance Management & Reporting strategy
• Establishing and mature a client or project Controls & Performance capability

Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Directing Performance and Reporting on complex projects/programmes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 per annum
