About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children with a wide range of conditions, including those with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care for our patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and carers to provide empathetic and supportive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in paediatric physiotherapy to ensure evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate diploma or BSc Physiotherapy with HCPC registration and CSP membership.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate physiotherapy experience, including experience in MSK, neurology, acute, clinic, and community settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
