Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy care to stroke patients and their carers in the community.

Main Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions following a stroke.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment programs to meet the needs of patients and their carers.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive package of care to stroke patients and their carers.
  • Contribute to the delivery of health promotion activities within the service and wider Trust initiatives.
