As a key leader in our client-based team, we are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Strategic Planning (Student Numbers) to join Pro-Finance (Pro-Recruitment Group). The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of student number data, planning, forecasting, and reporting, with a proven track record in developing reporting systems across the student lifecycle.

The role will involve leading the University's provision of accurate student number data and reporting to stakeholders across the full student lifecycle, as well as managing the use and development of systems used to model and visualize student number data. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the delivery of data transformation projects and supporting the development of strategy and sub-strategy KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management, leadership, and development, as well as a solid understanding of the Higher Education sector's data, policy, and regulation landscape. They will also have experience of working with student record systems such as Banner or SITS, and of league table methodologies and strategies for improving organisational performance.
