About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Stonedale Lodge Care Home in Liverpool. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level person-centred care to residents, working closely with their families and other healthcare professionals.
  • Lead and support care staff on shift, maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring a safe environment for all.
  • Liaise with relatives and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for each resident.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on each resident, adhering to Health and Safety and CQC requirements.
