Strategic Care Development Lead

NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board seeks a highly skilled individual to support the development and implementation of integrated care services.
The successful candidate will work closely with the place director to develop seamless delivery of care for patients at the right place, at the right time, and by the right individual.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Collaboration
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated services in collaboration with all integrated care area (ICA) partners.
- Develop trusted relationships across an integrated care area to support collaboration that will underpin the successful delivery of ICA plans.
Service Development
- Enable the development, at place, of services that are crucial to the resident population across an integrated care area.
- Bring independent, respectful challenge, holding partner organisations to account.
Policy and Partnerships
- Responsible for the creation, review, and implementation of local, organisation, and national policies as required.
- Interpret and disseminate national policy on place-based partnerships.
Continuous Improvement
- Spread continuous quality improvement through learning and data-driven improvement initiatives.
- Actively work across organisations, building relationships and trust.
Requirements
- Degree and MBA, professional qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of building relationships from various partners across a range of teams and organisations.
Salary
- NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board £53,755 to £60,504 a year Dependent on experience
